Cousin Sugar came home with us from the Whidbey Island shows for some socialization while her breeder was looking for a show home and fit in so well with our little pack that she never left.

She got socialized pretty well all right, marching in Seattle's Holiday Parade a week later, taking a home obedience class and immediately getting a Canine Good Citizen Certificate. She showed in conformation for both me and a variety of club members while I was off doing something else at the occasional show. She traveled to and competed in conformation at the DCA Tulsa National Specialty show in 2012, took foundation agility classes and is doing well in field tracking and enjoys doing Rally once in awhile.

Sugar has beautiful angles and side gait, a sweet personality with a bit of prey drive, and the heart of a marathoner. She was a candidate for a litter and was bred in 2017 to Ch JLS Black Label (Blackie), producing a nice litter of four puppies. Her parents are "Elvis", CH On The Spot's Love Me Tender, and"Zinda:, On The Spots Getzinda It. Yes, we named her after the Marilyn Monroe character in Some Like It Hot.
